    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two amber lights on my router indicating no voice or internet services. And hence no WiFi. I have run the test and it says no issues in the area or with my products. Please can you advise next steps to get Broadband restored.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
