      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there! So im trying to tell Sky about moving homes, and every time I get to the final step, it comes up with 'technical difficulties'. I have tried this at various times on different days but always get the same result. Is there a number I can call instead? It's coming up to a week until I move. Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You have Sky Talk. It's bundled together with Sky Broadband. Presumably you've just chosen to not have a phone handset attached to it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
