    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm the same When I ran service checker on app it said there was an issue - let's fix it Next it says everything's fine no issues And again it's showing there's a fault Going round and round in circles ! Is this an April fool - in august&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky are absolutely hopeless&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Router shows 4 lights&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;flashing orange&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;orange&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have no WiFi on my phone, and SkyQ says I have no internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however the test I just ran on your app says everything is fine....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Not sure what test you ran so the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/servicechecker" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/servicechecker&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there isn't try running the line test here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same thing is happening to me, all 4 lights are green but no internet connection. My devices keep disconnecting and reconnecting to the wifi but even when they're connected, every app I try says no internet connection. I tried testing my broadband and checking my wifi and the sky website says it's all working well so I'm not sure what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
