The WiFi Max package promises a minimum speed of 10 or 25Mb/s in every room in your home (the higher limit is where you buy a service over 100Mb/s) as Sky will provide boosters to achieve those speeds or refund tge cost ofvghe package if they can't.

The new hubs do take a while to optimise but do ask for a pod extender if the speed doesnt improve in s few days. However if your home is built with solid internal walls you will struggle to get fast wifi in every room

I changed to Sky Broadband a couple of months ago and for the first month it was great. I have since been getting below my guaranteed speed every day. I raised the issue with sky and they recommended upgrading to the Sky Max hub. It was delivered today and my speed is worse, as low as 2.7, when I should be getting over 100! Do I give it time to settle, as it says can be unstable for 14 days, or contact Sky again? 2.7 is ridiculous....

The hub is in the living room, and I'm not even getting good speed there, when I run a test in the MySky app, that's telling me there is an issue and my speed is slow. My Sky glass keeps buffering and that is only 4 feet from the hub.
