    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4377060"&gt;@joannapilarska-&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you are having trouble and issues getting the Shield on your account to change and stick, then give sky a call, then can take a look at it for you and apply what you need, they will advise takes 2 hours for the changes but i always advise allow 24hrs for it to filter through the systems!
