      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received an automatic compensation and it is due to be credited to my account. Is there a way that I can have the compensation paid out to me instead?&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't have a sky account then this is the way it is paid out (via cheque or bank transfer).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can call sky and request that the auto compensation is paid to your bank account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the choice is yours if you wish to keep it as a credit against future bills or have it transferred to the bank account used for your direct debit&lt;/P&gt;</description>
