recently taken new internet out and not getting anywhere near the speeds promised.

@Joshmc22 What does the service checker show you that sky see speed wise to the hub! If you expand the broadband > link you should see a bar graph history that has past 30 day's on a daily basis!

I've done my own checks in the last few weeks

34.5 download

12.6 upload

29.3 download

2.07 upload

37.7 download

5.49 upload

these speeds aren't acceptable
