Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

No service

I have sky broadband and tv, the tv is linked to the WiFi so if the WiFi fails so does the full tv service.

Yesterday around 9pm to 11pm the wifi white light started to flash, green 3 times, then red, then repeat. This was occasionally back online but would lose connection again within a minute. It has started again today at 12.50 and is an ongoing issue. Please advise what I can do to fix this. I have already reset the wifi router and the open reach box.

Hi what is the contact number? The issue was on and off for 2 hours yesterday and the link you sent always said I had service, even when I didn't.

Also the issue cropped up today for 15 minutes straight, and now is ok. So the link isn't any help I need to understand why the issue is happening sporadically and stop it from happening.
