Im trying to play on the playstation onli e game the playstation Internet test page is showing my connection speed down load is 268.7mbps and my upload speed is 48.4 mbps also one orange light is showing on the hub, Sky broadband is worse than bt broadband

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

I tried the test and it says sll is good and i have 313 mbps which is what its said since i joined sky in April

But i have photo proof from the playstation connection test that im not getting those speeds i think that is a bog standard rolling Robin answer that sky puts out to its customers to keep them happy,

Well im not happy and i want sky to come and sort it, i have 3 things connected to my hub the playstation when i try to play on it, my mobile and 1 small cctv camera if sky can't give me enough full fibre broad band to power those 3 things then they shouldn't be in this business
