    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had sky broadband connected yesterday. Our first time having internet at this address. The sky hub does not connect ext to the internet just the power and wifi lights go on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;called sky and after 30 minutes on hold been told they need 72 hours to try and resolve it. It also means no landline and leaves a vulnerable woman in her 80s with a mobile phone only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not impressed with sky and their service so far. Any help or guidance on the process appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
