We want to add fibre (we have been with sky 27 years) it is avaiable in our area next door either side of us has it or is on order to have it fitted. But for whatever reason it show that we cannot get fibre, nobody at sky can explain why this is so. The infrastructure for fibre goes right past our house. On u switch website it shows I can get full fibre 500 from BT but not sky. Next door is having the box fitted by open reach tomorrow and will be able to get sky fibre later in the month. We are finding this frustrating and no one can give us an answer, we don't want to leave sky after all this time so would appreciate any help.
