If it doesnt and other devices are connecting normally then go into the pucks network settings and reset the network settings use the Sky hub method using wps if you have a black Sky hub but use the non Sky method which involves entering the hubs password if your hub is white.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both my sky pucks are connecting to the router but saying no internet connection. The diagnostic tests say that the Wi-Fi is all good in the house and all the lights on the router are solid. How do I get the pucks to work so I may watch tv?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
