    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help. I do not seem able to get to the Sky GIG hub, anyone got the address? Secondly the dynamic IP address assigned is registers as a SPAM address at Spamhause and I cannot her my emails working. Anyone know how to force a change as Sky seems to have forgotten the meaning of dynamic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However the white hub's settings are controlled from the My Sky app.so the web interface has very limited functionality.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To change the public IP address power the unit down for an hour usually works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
