However do check that you hub is in the best possible position which is oou in the open on a surfacecso its above obstructions like furniture etc. Beyond tgat you need to consider getting more WiFi kit either as part of Sky's WiFi Max bundle see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or by buying your own equipment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
