Hi

Currently our internet has become very unreliable when seeking help via the Sky Website I get the following message

Bad Request your browser sent a request that your server could not understand. Size of request header field exceeds server limit.

Also when using MS-Edge continually Hmm- cant reach this page (website) DNS address could not be found ....diagnosing the problem before telling me that I am not online.

Also can't watch anything on catchup as buffering all the time.

Have a continuous message that the connection is not secure but I believe that I am not entitles to a new hub unless I upgrade my package.

Am thinking of leaving Sky as there seems no obvious solution and it might be easier to start afresh.

Any ideas anybody?

Thanks
