&lt;P&gt;That's outside the remit of the various Sky WiFi 'guarantees', and I doubt any other ISP would help in similar circumstances.&amp;nbsp; It's something you'll need to resolve either by yourself or through commissioning a network professional.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Potential solutions are ethernet cable, Powerline networking or point-to-point wireless bridging.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4444441"&gt;@Simon287&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You won't get any help from Sky to improve it, they specifically exclude outbuildings from their coverage guarantees.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will have to look at either running a long ethernet cable to a wireless access point or wireless booster(depending on the distance boosters may be worthless).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
