&lt;P&gt;The line of text below the box shows you're getting a new FTTP installation arriving overhead from a pole, so the current absence of a 'phone line' (legacy copper circuit) isn't relevant.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Be aware that while most such work proceeds smoothly on the scheduled date, there's no way to be certain that's going to be the case and Sky doesn't offer alternative temporary arrangements.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Moving house, but we have no phone line</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all. I'm a sky broadband customer, we're moving house - have it all booked in etc. The house we're moving into doesn't have a phone line attached to the house, will the sky engineer fit one? Sky customer services said they inspect ahead of the move day to see if we need an openreach line fitting and sort it in advance - as we NEED internet on the move day, I just really want to make sure this is the case? Has anyone else been in the same position and can confirm this is what happens? Or should I contact sky to ensure they're aware (and what is the best way of contacting them?).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks in advance!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ben&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.&lt;/P&gt;
