No internet!

Internet gone off completely. No light showing on router. Have reset all of it multiple times. Worried as I go away for the weekend and my pets automatic feeder is wifi led!

Same but I can't even go through the checks to show there is an issue or log it.. even with WiFi turned off and devices

Internet connection keeps dropping out. This is the second time in the last 2 weeks. When I check on My Sky it tells me that everything is working, when clearly it's not working.

Internet has gone down. Have gone through sky connection checker numerous times as well the the troubleshoot pages to no avail.
Light for internet on wifi router is off even though I have restarted it twice as well as the BT openreach box too.

I'm having the same issue done the checker thing and it says everything is working perfectly. Second line on router not showing at all. Tried unplugging and resetting and nothing is working

Broadband and WiFi out for 30 minutes so far although as usual the service checker says everything is hunky dory. Well Sky, it plainly isn't. Get your info updated and give a reason for this.

Same, for what it's worth. Tried every combination of power on/off on sky and fttp modem. Hard reset sky router didn't work either.

Service checker says I'm connected, even when fttp modem is turned off, so I can't bring myself to trust that 😅

Same here got nothing and yet saying service is all good when use sky app to check. Totally dead no Internet. In west London area.

Im yorkshire area. How strange it seems to have gone out everywhere! This gives me hope itll be fixed and its not a personal to me problem. I just hope its fixed sharpish!

Internet down/outage

Sheffield area. I've disconnected and reconnected everything multiple times and it's been an hour now and there's still no connection. Can't use the TV as it's a sky glass and the lights are all green and coming up fine on the service checker. Think there's an outage
