    <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet has gone down. Have gone through sky connection checker numerous times as well the the troubleshoot pages to no avail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Light for internet on wifi router is off even though I have restarted it twice as well as the BT openreach box too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hard reset sky router didn't work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service checker says I'm connected, even when fttp modem is turned off, so I can't bring myself to trust that &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_sweat:"&gt;😅&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
