topic Poor WiFi connection in Broadband

Hi, I've just had Sky Fibre 500 Max Broadband installed and the signal is very good in all the rooms bar one. The signal in this room just drops so much that I lose connection on my mobile phone even. I was promised that it work in all rooms. Any ideas to why. Thanks

The 'promise' you are talking about is Sky's wall to wall guarantee. You need to have broadband boost or Sky max as part of your subscription, you can them claim free boosters to improve coverage
