I am currently and have had the same issue for ages, Internet goes down after midnight and with glass you are left unable to watch anything. The sky checker says Internet and WiFi are all working fine.

Most lost connections between midnight and 5am are down to overnight maintenance locally to each of you . The online service checker wont pick these up immeadiatly but even if it did it wouldn't give you any useful information as in the vast msjority of cases Openreach wont have warned Sky and the other isps thst their customers will lose connectivity for a few hours.
