      <title>Wifi not being connected</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay so i switched from Now TV broadband to Sky broadband, and sky decided to shut off my nowtv wifi at 12am last night.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my activiation date for sky broadband was today, so i thought if they disconnected me at midnight. It would be up and running by the morning. I work from home btw and have had to use my mobile data all of today because i had to attend a meeting via zoom call!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I really do not understand how they can disconnected me so fast yet take almost 24 hours to just activate my new wifi!!! THIS IS BAD! I have used up all my mobile data and had to tell my work that i couldnt work for the rest of the day due to internet issues!! Please help me out sky! You are messing up alot of stuff here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you on a Fibre or a copper cable connection for your speed! Did the NOW hub just stop working or was it you that swapped it all over?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on fibre. Thankyou for your assistance btw. I appreciate it. And well now is partnering with sky so they automatically switch, they told me this last week though so i ordered a new sky router to stay upto date with it. And yet still no wifi ahah. I will have to wait it out unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
