Slow download speeds!

What is happening? My usual speeds are 61mbps but tonight I'm barely getting 10mbps, the tests are saying everything is fine but clearly it's not.

@Fiona1121 Have you run the diagnostic test just incase your line has went bad!

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

Below about the hubs so you know, black hub if the Sky Broadband Hub is better if that is what you have or SR203, hub4.2 as desc...

Hi,

Yes I've tested many times this evening and it keeps saying everything is working as normal. No known issues and nothing bad being picked up. Download speeds are between 10-14mbps tonight. They received their payment for sky broadband today too.

@Fiona1121 Run the service checker, expand the broadband > and you should be able to see the last 30 day history for your connection that sky have recorded....
