Thank you for your help. Bizarrely, it seems to have improved at the moment (I'm usually using Zoom for oanline classes between 8-9 and it is always so unstable!). Could there be something external intefering with the signal? The Sky box I have is the black Sky Broadband Hub, and I'm pretty sure it is full fibre as we've just been connected, hence going with Sky. I did the test but i can see how to attach a screengrab. It says 150 MBps, Latency Uploaded 16 ms, Loaded 27 ms, Upload speed 22 Mbps. Hope this helps.

Internet stability Ping test is always "Bad"

Whenever I use Zoom for live calls/classes, i get a warning that my internet is unstable. A ping latency test always shows it is "Bad" - even when it is right next to the router, max as I type is 800 ms but in other parts of the houe it reaches the high thousands. Other wifi devices are a TV (rarely on), another la[top (rarely on), a smart speaker and two mobile phones.

What can I do to resolve this. The Sky diagnostic tests say the line is OK and does not refer at all to latency test?

@Tessa2020 Sky and Openreach make no guarantees on latency (aka ping). However 800ms is very bad and unusual so something is wrong. Which hub do you have in the pucture on this page ? Is you service over a copper phone line (aka Partial Fibre) or does your hub connect to an ONT unit with lights (aka Full Fibre)

Can you run a test on Fast.com and post the screen with more information which looks like this
