@Yasmin28 this is a fairly common issue you can in practice safely ignore the warning on a home network as only your families devices which are trustworthy are connected to your hub as the warning refers to the ability of devices to track your phone. However it is likely if you go into the settings for the Sky network connection and change the Private WiFi Address setting from off to fixed or rotating the warning will disapear.

The connection issue with your Ring doorbell is separate and something we get posts about quite frequently. Ring doorbells use the 2.4GHz band which only has room for 3 or at most 4 signals without interference. Where a unit has stopped working like your's the cause can be interference from a neighbour's wifi using the same or adjacent wifi channel.rebooting your hub may help as that causes the hub to use the least congested channel however in some areas you may need to be more scientific but try the reboot first.

Hi

I have been with Sky Broadband for many years but recently I am having a 'privacy warning' under my WiFi name on my Apple iPhone. Also I'm not sure if this is linked but I have also had a ring doorbell connected to my WiFi (has been for 2+ years with no issues) and recently the ring doorbell keeps getting disconnected from my WiFi. I'm not sure what to do about this privacy warning? Can anyone help please. Thank you

Have a read of this from Apple as you might need to change the security setting on your hub:
