But Sky have&amp;nbsp; already confirmed I have no WiFi connection and have advised me the awful Openreach may get round to investigating why at some date in the distant future. So why do I need to waste hours of my time trying to contact Sky to&amp;nbsp; stop them charging me for a service they're not providing?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4441185"&gt;@AC55&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I guess you didn't fully read my reply then, so let's try again, your billing won't stop, you will have to pay for the service even when it's not working, if you have already contacted Sky and they have agreed there is a complete loss of service then you should be eligible for the automatic compensation scheme, that pays&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;£9.98&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;for everyday it's not fixed(the first 2 days after reporting the fault are not counted).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
