My internet will not connect to games, discord or anything else EXCEPT youtube for some weird reason please fix ur service or im gonna be going to virgin

i have done everything that is recommended aka reseting the router checking the cables and so on

My interet is not working either. I have run all the tests and rebooted. No internet and the internet light on my route is off. Sky help, haas so far not been helpful!

Have you checked your broadband shield settings. You can do this via the MySky app or online here:

I have never messed with it shield is off so not thats not the answer
