      <title>WiFi constantly dropping out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My WiFi is constantly dropping out and flashing Amber or red on our box. There are no reported issues in the area, but our connection appears to be awful. My wife works from home and this is having a serious impact on her work and output. It's happened three times this morning already and when tested the connection says it's fine even though it clearly isn't&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I called them and it's an issue outside the house with the connection, so they are getting someone out to check&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
