Just moved in to a new house and the ONT is missing, how to I get sky/ open reach to send a new one

@Samb123 You cannot get a new one sent for you to fit, but you do need to call sky and let them know that you do not have one, they may not deal with it until your actual activation date whenever that is!

What number do I ring because I’ve checked on the app and there is no number provided and the contact me section just says most things can be done online, I'm just going around in circles and getting no where
