Broadband engineer visit required.

How can I arrange for a sky broadband engineer to visit. For the past few months we have experience broadband dropouts regularly. Yesterday there were at least 3, today we have lost count. The Service checker has not helped the service dropouts. I really need some assistance from a human being.

You'll need to call up and ask for one, they will ask you to do a bunch of tests and some times they get you take photos. Of where the modem is placed and the sockets to see if there are any damages there.

Usually a week or so before they can get someone to you.

Thank you. I must say I am put off from contacting directly due to the difficulty in actually getting to a human for a discussion. It's difficult enough finding a phone number to ring. I wonder if Sky is the right option for my broadband.

Are you one X (twitter). Maybe message on there under the sky help team? See if they can do anything. I'm am still waiting on a reply as we've been down internet since 3pm. With no updates.
