Trying to upgrade broadband through the app when it gets to the checkout sorry we're experiencing technical difficulties is being shown

@Metro if you can't placed the order online give sky a call and they will do it for you

@carolFrancis You may just have to call sky customer service if you dont have the physical sky booster to hand, dial 150 on your sky talk landline, hold on pass all the security and have them check...
