I have run checks on my broadband and it says that the service is good , but I am suffering outtages working from home

seems to be ok now , but intermittently cutting out and service states all ok. No isssues with VPN.

Please could we have an engineer call , since we had sky broadband I cannot seem to get the password correct and the other television has totally gone off . Dee

@Delia4 The Forum does not work that way, if you need then you have to call sky with your request to get an Engineer slot arranged, and strange that you do have a password issue!
