      <description>Had Full Fibre installed today the openreach engineer fitted it .but he couldn't get a signal .the pon light is red so I'm not getting any signal .the engineer said as its a new line it's not switched on further down the line .can someone help</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3727404"&gt;@Sors&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Nothing to do with sky switching you off, it's OR at the Exchange when you have the FF upgrade, sky should leave you all alone as OR have not confirmed a successful Fibre transition!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could be any kind off error or bad planning on the OR side, only they can sort that one out!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
