      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4437302"&gt;@Pehul&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;SLA's are very relevant in the real world as they dictate the response time to faults and fixing them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your VIP level with Sky is entirely irrelevant in the real world, it doesn't provide you with priority from Openreach.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those "irrelevant" SLA's will be exactly the same for other providers who use the Openreach network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
