Internet going off to often

My Internet just keeps going off and I have no idea why this is 4 days straight it just keeps turning itself off I've contacted sky and they told me to reset the box for 30 seconds which I've done a few times and when the Internet comes back on it turns itself off again after an hour or 2 and as I say this has been happening for 4 days now I'm getting so frustrated with it.

Power light is green, and the WiFi light is green but the Internet light is off.

@LeeFox With that condition then you have lost the connection to the internet, run the diagnostic test to see if anything is found with the line connection.
