      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have signed up to new contract with new router - max a couple months ago as I had issue in wifi availability in my house&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;despite time passing the issue not resolved and I am not getting the wifi service I want or am paying for&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all test completed and no faults highlighted&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ivrealkyvwant to speak personally to someone who will help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
