I've just upgraded to sky fibre 1g and I'm getting an error code on my disney plus (73)

I dont have a vpn so it's not that.

I did change network and connected to my mobile data which solved to problem, but I dont want to pay for something that's blocking my apps from working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @William114 you could try pulling the plug on yout router for 30 minutes .... this should renew your IP address

Thanks i tried it and it's still the same.

If it was just one firestick I would have thought it was my firestick, but its all 4 that I have in my home.
