It just says plug in the ethernet cable both ends and it should work, but it doesn't. I have tested the broadband online and all is working but it is still not connecting. Who do I turn to next or should I just go back to virgin?

My SR203 hub has 2 lights for the Ethernet port, do you see anything light up when you have both devices connected by a cable, dont see any lights on the old HD+ box so not sure if it has any!

Sky Q permanent connectivity - Basic checks | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com
