I work from home , It department says I'm connected to internet and not the etranet, I have turned off and in plugged but still the same

Ethernet is a physical cable that connect your device to your router

is this connected and if so have you tried other devices or cables or tried a different Ethernet port on the hub?

@Mariega Do you mean that your IT dept has told you that you are not connected too there Intranet! That is different and you need to take it up with them as to why not! Once you know that they should be able to help you!
