    <description>&lt;P&gt;WiFi has been temperament for weeks now. Someone was supposed to fix about 2 weeks ago, got a call from&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky saying they needed in to fix but they never phoned back to make appointment. Now been left over the summer holidays with 2 kids are terrible internet. Considering changing supplier if this isn't fixed asap&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3485694"&gt;@MaireadMacNeil&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I would call them back to chase this up to when they are going to come out to fix your broadband and get a fixed date for when this is to happen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
