I have had two engineers out in last month both with different diagnosis( inside and outside of house issue theory's ) after today's visit by a sub contractor we now have no stable WiFi at all!!! (It has been fine for year until last month! .....an apparently other people in the image are also having problems!)

please send an open reach engineer (not a sub contractor) as we may need a new line installing from an adjacent post (due to tree issues??? Racking to the latest engineer). The new post will need a cherry picker to be reached as it's an old post design.
this is now urgent as I work from home and and the WiFi is terrible !!!! ( for which I I request compensation)
