O2 sim and Sky Broadband issues

Hi,

The whole family have O2 phones and since moving back to Sky Broadband (away from BT) we all have nothing but issues with using our phones in the house.

XBox has no issues, laptops no issues, but the phones just can't receive calls and whatsapp calls cut out.

Any ideas?

Have you checked your broadband shield settings via the MySky app or online here:

Thank you for responding

I have literaly just changed them to WPA2 and turned my phone off and on, to see if it helps.

I have an iphone 16 but the kids have older models, so will see if this helps.
