    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not a line fault, turns out the router is old and now obsolete so isn't receiving updates! New router em route! Shame it takes so blooming long to find a number to get through to sky! Their chatbot service used to be fantastic, now there website is a pile of poo with lots of useless faq's that lead you to nowhere!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At least twice a day my WiFi drops and I get a red light on the hub, I have to unplug it for a few minutes and restart sometimes twice in a row, please help, this is making having a teenager and wfh very difficult&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hopefully Openreach will accept a fault report and fix what is wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
