topic WiFi performance in Broadband

In the past week or two, our WiFi has been really inconsistent and often doesn't work to the level it's supposed to. Usually I use it to play video games with no issue at all. However, recently there's been some days where I can't play online games at all due to the wifi. This is also the same with streaming, and playing online games on my phone which rules out it being an issue with my pc and consoles.

I have done several tests on the sky mobile app to check the speed is right, and weirdly everytime it says the speed is absolutely fine.

So the bottom line is, the speed and connection all say they're fine, but I'm still having big performance issues on different devices. How can this be resolved?
