&lt;P&gt;This indicates a loss of light down the fibre cable which is often one of two things, the fibre cable is damaged, or there is a problem at your exchange.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried running the line test on the My Sky app to see if it picks up a fault?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
