&lt;P&gt;Where are you plugging in the phone? Landline phones are switching from the old analogue system to a nee digital system so your phone must plug into the socket on the back of the hub your old phone socket(s) no longer will work. The phone will of course only work when the hub is connected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3698663"&gt;@Jess5666&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you do have the phone connected to the back off the hub, check if you can get incoming calls and also outgoing calls, if one or other is not working correctly then you need to call sky to get it looked at.... Be prepared for the power off the hub, and the need to reset it from the back reset button from them, and if all that does not work then sky will escalate the issue and go from there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
