topic Wifi issues in Broadband

For the past week my wifi has been knocking on and off. When I use the website to check what/where the issue is it claims there is none yet my box is showing 2 orange lights. One the is a constant (when it's playing up) on the voice section and another that flicks on and off, blinking when it's on, at the internet section. The wifi will kick off anywhere between 5 minutes to the longest so far being half an hour

@Morgsss the internet light being amber either flashing or. Onstant means there is a loss of connection to the exchange. Sky's service checker will not pick that state for up to an hour so call Sky to report the issue. They can see the number of times that is happening and can ask Openreach to check the line. Pretty obiviously if the connection to the exchange is fown the digital voice line wont work.
