If it is still down this morning then run the servicecchecker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection as that will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault sffecting your line, if it doesnt call Sky to report the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Devices say there are connected but still so connection to the internet. All lights are green but the internet light is orange. Tried to restart, checked all cables ect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have same issue, it comes on and off constantly but we mostly have no internet all day and this has been going on for a week and the app offers no help. I can't even find a number to ring them and im about to run out of data for the month already due to this. Where can I find the sky number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
