topic WiFi issues in Broadband

Hello, we've recently been 'upgraded' to apparently faster and more reliable broadband with Sky however the signal on my phone suggests otherwise as it's reverting to 4G constantly suggesting the WiFi is unstable. I'd be grateful for someone to look at our set up please as I suspect the booster is not working effectively. I have tried repositioning it in numerous spots.

@Chris+Peat you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum you need to call them if you want their help.

WiFi extenders do need careful positioning to be effective. The best position is normally halfway between the hub and where you need the boost. However if your home has solid internal walls it may need to ne closer to the hub. Often hallways or landings are good positions but a lot depends on the layout of your home.
