topic No internet connection in Broadband

We were late paying our bill so got cut off. The bill was paid and sky apparently said we were connected. 11 times we have rang as we've had no internet for 16 days. One advisor got us to take photos where our router etc was ( not moved since installing 8 years ago), and send them to sky, open reach were contacted after a week and they confirmed it's sky, sky are blaming open reach! Sky have sent me s new equipment and still no internet or tv. Another advisor has said the people in the back room have only put our landline on ( we don't know use) but not the internet so he emailed the people in the back office as they don't have a direct number for them. We are going around in circles. We've had a sky technician out and he confirmed it is skys problem as they haven't switched the internet back on. It's ridiculous, seriously thinking of going elsewhere .

@Davbex Your issue is about your broadband not working so it does belong in the broadband forum which is where your post has been moved to.

I would suggest filling in the form here to register a complaint:

@Davbex Did sky say anything else to you, there are some complex rules around late payments, repeated late payments, and even by how late the time it took for the payment to be paid, etc! So they could have asked for the next month to be paid also, if not then flagged then for the additional payment, all of this only you know the answer too!
