Hello,

just got my sky max pod in the post, done what it says, plugged in, it has a tiny led on it not like the one shown one the video (the same as the white router) but a tiny little one, it blinked blue once then blinked white within 2 seconds and now nothing, how do I know if it's even boosting my WiFi? Is there nowhere to check?

@LayalA Does it not show you connected status using the sky app on your mobile!

Where in the app should it show it?

I don't see it but maybe I'm missing it

This is the exact video I followed, again the pod shown in the video is like the pod I have but it's not the same, mine doesn't have the big led on it like the sky max hub, it just has a tiny one that flashes a quick blue then white and then nothing, I've no idea if it connected or not..

@LayalA Do you have an area in the home where you get NO wifi signal! If so plug the pod in somewhere halfway between that point, give it a minute or so, go to the area and see if you have a connection and Internet!
